Boxwood Gulch Fishing Report for Tue, 17 Apr 2001

Just spoke to a fine gentleman from Chicago who fished Boxwood today for the first time.
He didn’t keep accurate count but estimated he landed 20+ fish in the morning and about 10 this afternoon. He left at 5:30pm.
Very bright conditions made the fish a little skitish but Ray caught some really big Rainbows in the 24 inch range on small black Pheasant Tails.
The Black Stone flys are still crawling out and we are seeing some Caddis.

Book a day in May for some great dry fly action.
