October fishing was unreal. Ask Phyllis how many huge fish like this her group landed. We had groups of 4 to 8 anglers landing 100+ fish with most of the fish over 20 inches.
The weather and water flows were really outstanding. Just about anything you tossed out with a good drift resulted in a hook-up. Some good choices were....Copper Johns, Princes, Midges, egg patterns, streamers.
My advice..... if you want to fish Boxwood in October is to make your reservation by June.
We are located just a scenic 60 minute drive from Denver on Hwy. 285. You will be fishing for huge trout, on a private ranch, with some of the best guides in Colorado and your group will be the only anglers on the River.
Get ready to have a great experience.
