Fishing and catching was really good in June...high water and all.
Just ask Ted Bender. He invited his grandpa to an outing at Boxwood guided by Tom Whitley of Hagen Outdoors.
Ted landed about 20 fish mostly on dries...check out his great smile. His grandpa Fred landed too many to count, on about every fly fishing method that there is. It doesn't get much better.
Some folks stayed home in June waiting for better conditions. They missed out on some great Trout fishing.
Reserve a date now for June of 2009. If you need some help landing the big ones maybe Ted can come by and give you a hand. If young Ted can't make it, I'm sure that Tom Whitley can make you feel very comfortable landing fish in high water.
We are located just a scenic 60 minute drive from Denver on Hwy. 285. You will be fishing for huge trout, on a private ranch, with some of the best guides in Colorado and your group will be the only anglers on the River.
Get ready to have a great experience.
