So many quality fish were landed in August that it was a real problem picking out just one but I picked this one. A truly huge Brown landed at Long Meadow. This fish was 28.5 inches long with a 16.5 inch girth. If you do the math that\\\'s 9.7 lbs of Brown Trout.
This is just one example of the fish you can expect to battle at either Boxwood Gulch or Long Meadow Ranch
Many fish were taken on a variety of surface patterns and streamers....of course, nymphs always work. Your guide will have the bugs that are working best on the day you arrive.
