Mike is holding a 22 inch Rainbow, just one of many that Mike and his 4 brothers landed on a November trip to Boxwood. The 5th brother, me, took the photo. They came for the big game hunting but I think they had just as much fun fishing. A great family outing.
I am hesitant to brag about just how phenomenal the fishing has been. It puts too much pressure on the guides. Aw heck! A fellow from Virginia, named Mark, landed 70 trout with quite a few over 6 pounds. One of the best trips of the year. Mark said he would be back.
Winter fishing is great, the clubhouse is warm, book a day while you can.
We are located just a scenic 60 minute drive from Denver on Hwy. 285. You will be fishing for huge trout, on a private ranch, with some of the best guides in Colorado and your group will be the only anglers on the River.
