This is late in the day at Long Meadow section.
Outfitter, John Hagen, is holding a fat 20 inch Rainbow that his client, Jim, landed on a #16 Pheasant Tail. I witnessed many really big fish lost from break-offs. The largest fish today was a 5 Lb bow landed by Jim's friend Matt.
I just have to mention the weather...17 degrees in Denver but 48 degrees at Boxwood. Great winter fishing. It will only get better.
Check out the river flow of 150cfs for the last 10 weeks..Perfect.
