Craig and his friend, Keith, fished Boxwood in early October. They were guided by Dale Maddox, representing John Hagen Outdoors.
Let me tell you, these guys know how to fish and they were fortunate enough to land our resident legend, Rosie the Palomino Rainbow. Rosie only gets her photo taken a few times each year.
According to the guide report over 60 fish were landed...next time they get charged more. Just kidding guys!
Anyway, this is very representative of how fantastic the fishing was/is during October. Plenty of really BIG Trout, plenty of pretty scenery, and plenty of good times all around.
Our calendar of available dates for 2006 will soon be updated and we will be ready to take bookings for October 2006. My suggestion is to book early and book often for the best Trout fishing trip of your life.
We are located just a scenic 60 minute drive from Denver on Hwy. 285. You will be fishing for huge trout, on a private ranch, with some of the best guides in Colorado and your group will be the only anglers on the River.
