The first few trips in March. Fantastic fishing as per the above photo of Jason Smoker with a 27 inch Brown landed below the Deer Camp area of Boxwood Gulch. Some other trip reports follow:
3-8-06..Boxwood.. 2 anglers..40+ fish landed..largest a 27 inch Brown.
3-5-06..Long Meadow..3 anglers..75 landed..largest fish a 26 inch Bow.
3-05-06..Boxwood..2 anglers..50-60 landed.. largest a 22 inch CutBow.
3-3-06.. Long Meadow..2 anglers..54 landed.. largest a 24 inch CutBow.
3-3-06.. Boxwood..4 anglers..125-130 landed largest a 25 inch Cutbow.
Hot flies...eggs,small Midges, Red Copper John, Buckskin, RS2, Stimulators and Humpies. Your guide will have the correct bugs.
We are located just a scenic 60 minute drive from Denver on Hwy. 285. You will be fishing for huge trout, on a private ranch, with some of the best guides in Colorado.
